What is Done by Deer?
Done by Deer is a Danish design brand based in Silkeborg, Denmark. The name is a play on words – in Danish, hjort means deer. The brand designs toys, tableware for little ones, textiles and nursery accessories, and is easy to recognise by its soft colours (Powder, Sand, Blue, Green) and cute animal characters such as Elphee the elephant, Croco the crocodile, Raffi the giraffe, Lalee, Ozzo and Birdee the bird.
The minimalist Scandinavian style fits into any home – and yes, onto Instagram too. But moms don't choose Done by Deer for looks alone: the products are designed for real life with a little one.

Feeding: from first spoonfuls to independent eating
Many moms discover Done by Deer when they start weaning. The dinner sets have a non-slip base that helps the plate stay on the table, while the rounded inner edges of the silicone plates make scooping easier and encourage self-feeding.
- The silicone set is versatile: you can warm food in the oven or microwave and freeze leftovers.
- The Foodie PP set is lighter and suited to first meals; the bowl has a non-slip TPE base.
- The straw bottle has a foldable straw and a handle on the lid – handy for nursery and days out. It is not suitable for hot or fizzy drinks.

Sleep and care: cotton swaddles
Done by Deer's large swaddles (120 × 120 cm) are made of 100% cotton certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Use them for swaddling, breastfeeding, nappy changes, as a pram sunshade or as a light blanket on warmer days. They wash at 60 °C.
